- Half a bag of Sainsbury's Curly Leaf Kale (200g)
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- A teaspoon of sugar
- A tablespoon of oil, chili oil if you prefer
Take half the bag in an open pyrex dish, add salt, sugar, oil, stir.
Microwave for a minute, remove from microwave for a minute, repeat three or five times until crispy.
